As you are aware we will be continuing to use our online booking system for the upcoming Parents’ Evenings on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd February. The aforementioned booking system is provided by School Jotter and will enable parents/carers to make their own bookings within the available time slots.

The online booking system will close at 12pm on Friday 17th February (http:// elvingtonprimary.bookings.schooljotter2.com/). Please ensure your time slot is reserved by this date and time; please note Friday 17th February is in half term.

Each appointment will last up to ten minutes (this will enable us to keep to timings), we appreciate your support with this.

If you would prefer to have either a phone call or Google Meet, with your child’s class teacher, this can be arranged via the school office (office@elvingtonprimary.org.uk). The aforementioned would need to take place outside standard Parents’ Evening hours.

Our February Parents’ Evenings provide an opportunity for parents/carers to view and discuss their child’s work with the class teacher. Information will be shared about how your child is progressing, and how you can further support the aforementioned progress over the remainder of the academic year.
