Mini Marathon Sponsorship Form

During our annual Sports Week which begins on Monday June 21st, all pupils will be taking part in our annual fundraising event: The Mini Marathon. Unfortunately this year, parents will be unable to support this event by attending and children will be running within their class bubbles. All monies raised will support the improvement of school resources.

CHILDREN: ONLY ASK PEOPLE YOU KNOW TO BE SPONSORS- DO NOT GO ‘KNOCKING ON DOORS’

Please can all sponsor money be returned to the class teacher by Tuesday 6th July 2021. Many thanks for all your support.

Elvington PTA Update

Following our most recent meeting, we can inform you that the PTA have elected a new Chair and Vice Chair. We are very excited to announce that Emma Hartley-Bonner will be stepping up to the position of Chair of our school PTA, with Gill Stapleton acting as the Vice Chair. We look forward to working alongside them.

Please remember that as a parent/carer of a child at Elvington, you are automatically an associate member of the PTA. Your support and presence at our meetings and events will always be appreciated.

I’m thrilled to be working as part of the PTA to help raise money for the school. I am mum to William (Year 2) and Oliver (EYFS).

I feel so very proud of Elvington School and the fantastic education that they offer our children. The friendly and supportive atmosphere that the school offers is second to none, and I hope that with your help as such supportive parents, we can only enhance and grow this further with our fundraising efforts.Emma Hartley-Bonner, PTA Chair

Hi, I’ve lived in the village for 4 years and have a son in Year 1. I’m really looking forward to getting involved with the PTA and helping to organise some fun activities and raising funds for the school.Gill Stapleton, Vice Chair
