This year our decorated Easter egg competition will be held on Wednesday 5th April 2017. Your child is invited to decorate a hard-boiled egg at home; eggs may be displayed in a scene, which is no larger than 30cm by 30cm by 30cm. The theme will be “an animal”. Judging will be kindly undertaken by Sue Shaw, Chair of governors. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for each year group. Prizes are kindly being donated by our P.T.A. The day will take the following format:
- 1.10pm Children view eggs
- 1.45pm Judging
- 2.30pm Eggs are available for viewing by parents in the hall
- 2.45pm Presentation assembly, everyone welcome
- 3.15 pm Children collect eggs to take home
Rules:
- The Eggshibit should be no larger than 30cm by 30cm by 30cm.
- It should contain no more than two hard-boiled eggs.
- The entrant’s name should be written on the base of the eggshibit.
- The work must be all the child’s own.
- All judges’ decisions are final.
- Entries to be taken to the classrooms on the morning.
